Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier.
Just browse the catalogue, and click on any items you wish to buy to add them to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to comlete your order.

We accept most credit/debit cards including;

Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro and Amex. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or the Internet.

We accept offical Purchase Orders from government departments, government agencies, local authorities, schools, colleges and universities, subject to our account payment terms. Call accounts on 01438 744453 for details.

We only accept orders from within the UK via our webiste. it you wish to order from outside the UK please email or call us first.

Shipping And Handling
With effect from 24th Feb 2006 the following rates of postage & packing will apply:

order value up to £50 £2.99 1st class post
order value up to £100 £3.99 Recorded Delivery
order value over £100 £6.99 Special delivery

All cameras, camcorders, printers etc and large accessories (incl. paper)
Standard Courier £8.90
FastTrak Courier £12.90

These prices are for shipping to the UK mainland only. If delivery is required elsewhere then please call or email us at sales@digitaldepot.co.uk

Delivery Schedule
All memory cards and small accessory orders are sent by First Class Post or Recorded Delivery. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery from the date you place your order.

We aim to despatch all orders being shipped by courier within 1 working day of ordering. However, due to variable volumes this cannot be guaranteed.

You can also opt for our FastTrak Courier service which guarantees delivery the following working day.
Orders MUST be placed before 2pm. There is an additional charge for this service.

Please note we DO NOT despatch any orders placed after close of business on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday until Monday.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Items placed on back order are not charged for until they are ready for despatch.

Tax Charges
VAT is charged on all orders, at a rate of 17.5%.

Any orders to the Channel Islands need to placed via telephone as VAT can not be removed on our website.

We do not accept orders from outside the UK through our website.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in our software when your order is placed using 128 bit encryption.
They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee All our products come with a 12 month warranty unless specifically stated otherwise.
