The company has strict policies with respect to maintaining exceptionally high levels of customer service. Should you telephone, you will immediately speak to a trained and experienced human being on the sales floor, not a tele-sales person reading information from a screen. No voicemail, no menus, no number pressing, no silly music. The salesperson you talk to will have had hands on experience of most of the products we stock. Regular training takes place by leading manufacturers and will often include 'photo shoots'. Some 90% of our sales staff use digital SLR's and the company now employs Pro Photographers who will not only give you good unbiased buying advice, but can also help with picture taking guidance.

| Visiting Our Store Probably the most unique hi-tech digital camera store in the World, a futuristic Aladdin's Cave of digital photographic equipment.
The store is divided into three separate areas, the main store, the 'Nikon Suite' and 'The Canon Experience'. Massive stocks are carried of all leading brands, memory cards and accessory items. The store has won accolades from manufacturers; it is one of the UK's only 'Canon Pro Dealers AND Digital Imaging Centres'. We are a Nikon 'Premier Dealer', an Olympus 'E System' specialist and Sigma Lens specialist. It is unlikely you will find another retailer in the UK holding such a comprehensive range of Memory Cards. As well as attracting well known Pro Photographers, some customers regularly travel 200 miles to purchase product.
The management insist the atmosphere be non intimidating and we are very 'female friendly', we are proud to have large numbers of female professional and serious photographers as regular customers.

The vast majority of cameras are shipped by Courier; delivery is within the next 2 working days. Other items are sent by mail with a choice of services, first class, recorded delivery, special delivery. Place your order before 1pm for that extra edge on delivery times.
