John is a professional photographer who also writes and talks widely on digital imaging and photography in general.
His easygoing manner, combined with real world experience make him ideal to guide and explain how to get the best from your photography.

John was Nikon UK’s ‘Advisor Of photography’ for a number of years, and has also worked as a consultant and continues to do so with many other photographic companies.

Author or co-author of numerous books about photography, he is currently the Technical Editor for Digital PhotoPro magazine, and writes regularly for the British Journal of photography and other titles.
